Clark Crawford– Business Development

Mr. Crawford currently helps companies with new solar and energy storage technologies develop strategies to establish and grow their businesses. Most recently he was Vice President, Sales and Business Development, at Soitec Solar where he was directly responsible for sales, business, and project development for Soitec in the US and Mexico, and was Site Manager for the company’s global solar manufacturing headquarters in San Diego, CA.

At Soitec he led the self-development of a portfolio of over 350MW of solar projects in California and secured 155MW of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA). Under his leadership the company developed and sold the 6.5MW Desert Green CPV solar project in Borrego Springs, CA to Invenergy which financed and completed construction in December 2014 using Soitec’s concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) technology. Prior to Soitec, he led sales and business development at Amonix, Inc., where he was instrumental in the company raising $129M in Series B funding and credited with securing the company’s first commercial orders, including a 30MW utility scale solar project, the largest announced CPV project at the time.  Prior to Amonix, he held Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) positions at both Xerox PARC and Idealab. The focus of his business career has been on transforming innovative technology into commercial success.

Mr. Crawford holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Southern California.

She was formerly the Program Director of Concentrated Solar Thermal technologies at Sandia National Labs. She has over 100 publications and a long track record of science and technology innovation in both national laboratory R&D and industry and more recently academia.

Kinematics Engineering

Mr. Henderson is COO, Kinematics Engineering, manufacturer of actuators for Solar tracking and wind turbine applications. He is the former President of RayTracker, a single axis solar tracker manufacturer that was acquired by FirstSolar.  He has over 20 years of market-driven, leading-edge technology and clean-tech product development and company management experience. He’s a technical, hands-on manager and contributor. Total revenues for products developed under his leadership exceed $1 billion.

Genifuel Corporation

Mr. Oyler is the President of Genifuel Corporation, which he founded in 2006. Genifuel supplies equipment to produce renewable fuel from wet organic materials. The process, called Hydrothermal Processing, is the most efficient process known today to achieve this conversion. Mr. Oyler is experienced in managing, developing, and growing technology businesses, with proven success in identifying new products and technologies. He holds ten patents or patents pending   in biofuels and process technologies. His specialties include: executive, operational, and financial management, product development, company startup. Renewable energy, biofuels, renewable natural gas, fuels production and upgrading.
